job Responsibilities# Fully responsible for configuration management, status monitoring, and scheduled inspections of critical equipment—including servers and network switches—in the data center infrastructure to ensure high system availability。# Address customer issues arising from cloud platform usage and support their business activities.# Perform end-to-end operations and maintenance (O& M) of the Alibaba Cloud Apsara Stack platform to ensure high availability, performance, and security.# Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement proactive optimizations.# Generate and deliver comprehensive O& M reports on system status, resource utilization, and operational metrics on a regular basis.# Collaborate with internal teams and customers to support stable and efficient cloud service delivery.
