Senior Platform Engineer (Azure) Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale Azure cloud and hybrid‑cloud environments for a leading enterprise organisation. You will establish a robust, secure, and scalable cloud foundation, with a focus on operationalising AI services and driving cost efficiency through FinOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and deploy greenfield Azure environments using a landing zone approach
- Integrate and manage Azure AI services (OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence, Content Safety)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Manage API lifecycle via Azure APIM and Kong
- Drive cloud cost optimisation and monitoring (FinOps)
- Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- 5+ years of Azure Cloud experience
- Expert-level Terraform skills
