AWS is launching its inaugural European Sovereign Cloud (ESC). To support this initiative, we are looking for support engineers who can help a global customer base run mission‑critical applications in ESC. The role requires proficiency in German and English, both written and oral. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the ‘Cloud Ambassador’ across all AWS cloud products, providing customers with tools and tactics to maximize their investment in AWS products and support.

Eligibility Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
• Legal right to work in Germany.
• Relocation support will be provided for successful candidates relocating within the European Union.
• On‑call participation.
