Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a CMDB Administrator for a high‑performance apparel and consumer retail technology organization. The role will play a critical part in administering and continuously improving the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring trusted, accurate configuration and asset data across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in CMDB governance, discovery, and data integrity, and enjoys collaborating cross‑functionally to enable strong ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM outcomes.
