Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of existing software application solutions.
- Design and deliver end‑user training and training materials; provide technical support as necessary.
- Recommend and execute improvements by gathering and evaluating user feedback.
- Work with the team to design and develop Functional Specification documents based on user requirements.
- Maintain existing and develop new code bases and collaborate with the team in planning and performing modifications or enhancements.
- Integrate software components and 3rd‑party programs if necessary.
- Provide ad‑hoc support as necessary and in line with business requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent (Fresh Grad is encouraged to apply)
- Experience with database management like MS SQL/MySQL or any form of databases
