Job Description

Responsibiities:
  • Setup, operate and maintain CNC/ NC Manual machines
  • Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gages and fixtures for making accurate inspecion checks
  • Able to perform simple repairs/ troubleshooting o CNC machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Adhere to EH & S & ACE requirements in the work place
  • Work in orderly fashion keeping work areas, benches, and machinery in a tidy and clean condition after used
  • Perform daily housekeeping
  • Engage in any other activities or responsibiities as requested by the Supervisor
  • Notify the Supervisor of any machine or tooling problems which could jeopardize product quality or infringe safe work conditions
    • Requirements:
  • SPM/ NITEC/ Diploma qualification in Mechanical/ Precision Engineering or equivalent
  • Good knowledge in CNC milling
  • Able to set up and operate CNC machines
