Salary: £15 - £16 per hour + Shift allowance (£2.20 - £6.10hr extra)

Weekday nights : Monday - Thursday (20:00 - 06:00) (£84 week shift allowance)

Weekend night : Friday – Sunday (17:30 - 06:00) (£220 week shift allowance)

Overview

An established precision engineering manufacturer is seeking CNC Machinist to join their machining team, across various shifts. The successful candidate will report to the Machine Shop Team Leader and be responsible for manufacturing tooling to precise engineering drawings within tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC Mills or Lathes
• Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak
• Polish components to a 320-grain finish.
• Conduct manual compensation and bench work.
• Service, repair, and maintain tools (PPM).
• Respond to breakdowns and production issues efficiently.
