Job Description Job Description Job Description: CNC Operator Pay Rate: $24 -28/hour First and Second Shift Available 1st shift: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm) 2nd shift: Monday - Friday (3:00pm - 11:30pm) Opportunity for Overtime and Growth Clean and Climate Controlled Facility Job Responsibilities: Work within tight tolerance ranges with a high level of precision and attention to detail. Understand programming and make necessary adjustments at startup to produce nominal parts. Interpret part drawings and GD&T requirements. Utilize inspection and gaging techniques with measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, plug, and ring gages. Understand tooling required for the CNC processes. Complete setups, including loading programs, checking and positioning fixtures and cutting tools, and making offset programming adjustments. Read blueprints and understand tolerances and programs.
