- Create CNC programs for turning operations to support production needs, including the preparation of FAT and FAI orders.
- Provide troubleshooting support for CNC machines, including resolving program-related issues and making adjustments when new alternative cutters are used.
- Operate and work with machines such as DMG, MoriSeiki, Mazak, and systems using Fanuc and Siemens controls.
- Coordinate and manage cutting tools, including sourcing and ordering existing and new cutters from suppliers as required.
- Monitor tool room staff activities, including workload, attendance, and daily scheduling.
- Work closely with engineers to plan and align machining processes and methods.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure tool room schedules align with project timelines and completion targets.
- Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC in a relevant field.
