Job Description Job DescriptionMancan Staffing is assisting a leading adhesive manufacturing company in Kent that is looking to hire a full-time Coater Operator for their 2nd shift team!
3rd Shift Friday-Sunday, 6p-6a Fri-Sun, training on 1st shift 6a-6p M-Thurs for approximately 10-12 weeks.
Pay: BOE $19-21/hr plus a 20% shift differential.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor coating equipment/machines
Ensure proper application of adhesive materials to substrates
Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
Previous machine or production experience preferred, printing experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
