Cold Caller

I'm a New York City–based commercial real estate broker. I'm looking to hire an individual or team to handle outbound cold calling to local businesses on my behalf.
I represent a wide range of operators, including restaurants, cafés, bars, gyms, nail salons, retail stores, and other neighborhood businesses. My goal is to consistently grow my tenant client base.
Your role would be to:

• Cold call local businesses, or

• Research and identify business owners online and reach out to them directly
The objective of each call is to qualify potential tenants and collect their real estate requirements. Specifically, I need the following information whenever possible:

• Business name and concept

• Size requirements (square footage range)

• Budget or target rent

• Preferred neighborhoods or areas

• Any additional requirements or deal-breakers

• A direct phone number and/or email for follow-up
