Responsibilities
- Responding to all incoming post and SMSs in accordance with daily targets and ensuring responses are well written, complying with all guidelines and legislation
- Answering our Webchat service, corresponding with debtors live
- Actioning cases in our internal ‘All Incoming Communications’ preset and sending letters/ emails as instructed
- Dealing with debtor disputes by liaising with our Clients, ensuring queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Applying Breathing Space holds
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade C or above in English at GSCE level
- Minimum 12 months work experience in an administrative role
- Proven Literacy Skills
- Computer Literate inc. reasonable typing speed & good knowledge of Microsoft Word
