Job Description Collection Manager (Vehicle Finance)

Role: Collection Manager Vehicle Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Handle collections and recovery of Vehicle Finance portfolio.
  • Follow up for overdue EMI payments and reduce delinquency.
  • Manage field visits and customer coordination for collections.
  • Handle NPA/recovery cases and maintain collection reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Vehicle Finance / Banking / NBFC collections.
  • Good communication and recovery handling skills.
