Sutherland is seeking a Team Leader in Angeles, Pampanga to manage team performance and improve key performance indicators through effective coaching and active relationship management. The role involves proactive engagement with team members to foster a positive work environment and the ability to present performance metrics to clients. Open to candidates willing to work onsite with night shifts.
