Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to serve as command post training manager and carry out all functions associated with command post operations for airlift/rescue/fighter/special operations and tanker units. DUTIES: DUTY 1: Develops and implements training syllabus for initial qualification, proficiency training and certification programs for CP controllers, augmentees and others as designated. DUTY 2: Analyzes and evaluates unit requirements and functions in support of the unit commander and staff as it relates to command and control under contingency and peacetime operations.
