Job Description

Become a Commercial Contracts Specialist at Procom, managing full contract lifecycles in both Consulting and Workforce sectors. Your bilingual fluency in English and French will support negotiations and drive client satisfaction.
This position will involve leading MSA, SOW, and rate card negotiations while partnering with Account Managers to enhance client experiences. With a focus on commercial negotiation, you will minimize friction in the contracting process using your strong analytical skills and profound understanding of commercial terms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, and rate cards
• Manage end-to-end contract processes from introduction to execution
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks during negotiations
• Build trust within the sales team by facilitating deals
• Track negotiation cycles and recommend process improvements
