Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments across EMEA.
- Create the right environment for AEs to thrive, ensuring they are fully set up for success to consistently achieve and exceed quota.
- Drive strong sales execution through regular coaching, performance management, and hands‑on support in both strategic and complex deals.
- Own weekly forecasting cadence, including pipeline inspection, deal progression, close plans, and accurate reporting on committed business.
- Manage a quarterly team quota supported by clear monthly commitments and milestones, ensuring strong accountability and consistent performance.
- Foster a high‑performance culture built on commitment, ownership, responsibility, and execution excellence.
