We are recruiting for a Commis Chef to join Harrods’ passionate and high‑performing dining team within our iconic Knightsbridge store. This opportunity allows you to develop your culinary skills within a globally recognised luxury brand, supporting the delivery of exceptional dining experiences where craftsmanship, consistency and attention to detail are evident in every dish.

Responsibilities

As the Commis Chef you will be at the heart of the action, preparing and organising ingredients, keeping the kitchen clean, and reporting into the Chef de Partie. You will organise, stock‑rotate and label food stored for your section, ensuring all administration complies with deadlines. Your role is integral to the smooth operation and delivery of kitchen operations, and you will guarantee Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all food‑related outlets.
