Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads via Upwork, LinkedIn, email, or other channels
Nurture prospects and understand business requirements
Coordinate with our technical team for proposals
Close deals and hand over projects smoothly
Commission Model
Purely commission-based (no fixed pay)
Commission ranges from 5% to 20%, based on project size and margin
Paid after successful receipt of client payment
