Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and commercially aware Community Operations Manager to build, manage, and grow our communities across both social and community platforms.
This role is not only about keeping groups active. It is also about helping the business grow. The person in this role will manage user communities, support academy and KOL-led engagement, and make sure our audience across channels like You Tube, Twitch, Tik Tok, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, Whats App, Facebook Groups, and similar platforms keeps growing in the right direction. The role should help turn audience attention into real business impact. That means growing subscribers, improving engagement, supporting stronger video reach and watch quality, and helping move users from content and community into registration, first-time deposit, first trade, and long-term value.
