Community Use Attendant – frontline, customer‑facing role in Fife areas. Reporting to the Cluster Supervisor, you will engage positively with customers and service users, responding to enquiries via telephone, email and face‑to‑face interaction while operating booking systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Work predominantly weekends with some evening work; shift basis of up to five days over seven.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across designated areas and set up/clear equipment for events.
  • Operate booking systems and respond to call‑in service requests.
  • Perform regular building compliance checks (fire safety, water quality, asbestos monitoring).
  • Act as nominated key holder: open and secure buildings, operate alarm systems and respond to out‑of‑hours activations where required.
