Job Description
Expert-level proficiency in Commvault including custom job scripting, deduplication, and cloud connector configurations
Deep knowledge of SAN/NAS technologies, including zoning, LUN masking, multipathing, and storage tiering
Mastery of RAID levels, performance tuning, and predictive failure analysis
Strong experience in NFS configuration, client behavior analysis, and integration with heterogeneous environments
Advanced understanding of Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, and Kerberos
Scripting capabilities in Power Shell, Shell, or Python for automation and diagnostics
Knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Solar Winds, Zabbix, Manage engine) and ITSM frameworks
Ability to handle escalations and drive mission-critical resolutions
Should have a good knowledge on Acronis Backups tool.
Should have a good knowledge on QNAP Storage
Should have good English articulation skills and interpersonal skills
