- 6 Months extendable contract
- Mon – Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Buona Vista (Walking distance from MRT)
- Up to $3,500 + Bonus
- Work with Global Head of Compensation and Benefits and Manager Compensation and Benefits on Compensation design plans
- Conduct data analysis and studies to support in developing effective compensation programs in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy
- Participate and work on salary surveys, peer group review, annual headcount budgeting, salary benchmarking, job analysis, job matching and job evaluation data
- Analyse global and local pay to assist in developing salary ranges by grade by country.
- Develop multiple models, statistical analysis of market data, charts, and graphs on spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for management review.
