Job Overview
Reporting to the Assistant Regional Manager, you will be responsible for completing block inspections on your allocated patch within Liverpool, Halton & Sefton. These inspections ensure that customers safety is always kept paramount by reporting repair issues, removing hazards and following our Clear Landings Policy. Good record keeping of inspections is essential alongside the use of our Housing Management System to ensure inspections are 100% compliant each month.
You will also work with the Housing Management team and other internal stakeholders to complete Fire Risk Assessment Actions, Annual Gas Safety checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out block inspections, including fire alarm testing and emergency lighting testing.
- Take corrective actions from Fire Risk Assessments.
- Conduct site visits relating to gas compliance.
- Recommend improvements using our annual Compliance & Facilities Budget.
