About the job

The primary purpose of this role is to collaborate with the Governance & Oversight Manager in ensuring the effectiveness of our Compliance Department by identifying process improvements, implementing best practices, and supporting key initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Compliance Team.
  • Collaborate with the management of the lifecycle of Compliance Policies and Procedures, ensuring their periodic review, update, and alignment with current regulations and internal standards.
  • Document and formalize compliance processes through detailed process mapping to identify gaps, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistency and scalability.
