Job Description
Key role of the candidate is to carry out the compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws, handling legal cases, ensuring compliances under applicable insurance laws for corporate agents, drafting of various agreements, etc. The candidate will also work with the CEO for central functions involving Board reporting and internal communications.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Drafting of Agenda and Minutes of the Meetings and Annual Report Documents
- Convening board/committee and shareholder meetings and handling compliances thereto
- Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and POSH, ROC and other statutory filings, maintenance of statutory registers
- Filing of annual returns of the Company
- Filing and renewal of NOC and #x27;s and other statutory licenses.
