As a Computer Operator II, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Army's Network Enterprise Technology Command and its Information Management Communication Services program. You will play a crucial role as the first point of contact after the Army Enterprise Service Desk (Tier 1), addressing incidents and service requests involving end‐user devices and basic networking issues, assisting computer users and organizations, and providing technical help directly to computer users.
