Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests and residents upon arrival
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
- Providing information about local attractions, events and services
- Making reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, etc.
- Handling guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining the appearance of the lobby and other public areas
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the property
- Assisting with event planning and execution
- Maintaining records of guest interactions and transactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
