Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming guests and residents upon arrival
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Providing information about local attractions, events and services
  • Making reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, etc.
  • Handling guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining the appearance of the lobby and other public areas
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the property
  • Assisting with event planning and execution
  • Maintaining records of guest interactions and transactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
