Elevate customer service as a Concierge Manager with DYMON Storage in Ottawa East. Lead a team, manage operations, and deliver exceptional experiences for every customer.
This full-time position targets driven individuals with strong sales and service skills. Responsible for managing daily activities, achieving sales targets, and promoting DYMON services, you will be the key figure ensuring customer satisfaction. Your leadership will extend to supervising Concierge Associates while handling complex customer issues and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve leasing targets for storage and ancillary services
• Supervise and support Concierge Associates during shifts
• Promote DYMON services including DYMONBox and DYMONVault
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and maintenance
• Prepare performance evaluations and development plans for staff
