The Faircape Group operates six high-end retirement and lifestyle villages across the Western Cape, located in Noordhoek, Kirstenhof, Tokai, Somerset West, and Onrus.

We are seeking a professional, well-presented and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Tokai Estate.

This role combines exceptional customer service with access control and security responsibilities to ensure residents, visitors, contractors and staff enjoy a safe, secure and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many residents and visitors and will play an important role in maintaining the high standards of service and security expected within our retirement estate.

We are looking for someone who is approachable, observant, calm under pressure and committed to providing excellent service while maintaining a secure environment.
