Tsebo Facilities Solutions is seeking a professional and customer‑focused Concierge to deliver high-quality front‑of‑house and workplace support services. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality background who takes pride in service excellence and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors
- Managing meeting room setup, checks and resets
- Supporting AV/VC and technical requirements
- Ensuring rooms are clean, prepared and compliant
- Handling customer queries and escalating issues when required
- Reporting maintenance and cleaning issues to the Helpdesk
- 2–3 years’ frontline hotel, concierge or customer service experience
- Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
