Job Description
Job details Spherion Staffing has 1st shift opportunities for Seed Conditioning Operators. The Conditioning Operators work closely with the Conditioning Supervisor and Plant Operations Manager to ensure that all conditioning runs meet customer quality requirements, while also attempting to maximize the total number of units bagged from each run.

Job Pay: $20/hour + DOE
Responsibilities:
-Run machinery with a high focus on maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime
-Perform and accurately record all required safety and quality checks
-Thoroughly cleaning equipment between product runs to ensure complete purity and prevent cross-contamination
-Support the broader team by assisting with various duties as needed
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
