Job Description
Williams & Connolly LLP has an immediate opening for a full-time Conflicts Analyst I. The business intake and conflicts function is essential to the firm's compliance with its ethical obligations prevailing in jurisdictions in which it practices, the firm's adherence to Risk Management policies and procedures, and its ability to promptly onboard new business, in the form of new clients and new matters for existing clients, new timekeepers and new employees. Under the direction of the Professional Responsibility & Risk Management Counsel and working closely with the Conflicts Supervisor, the Conflicts Attorneys, and the firm's General Counsel and Ethics Committee, this position's duties include, but are not limited to:
* Perform quality control reviews of requests for new business, including reviewing and analyzing new and existing client/matter intake submissions to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and adheres to established policies and procedures;
