The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Event Streaming domain and adjacent technologies, with a strong ability to architect complex systems and mentor teams.

Mandatory skills:

10+ years Strong experience and knowledge in CP Upgrade, Cluster linking-expansion, Kraft migration Strong experience with Kafka (any distribution: open-source, Confluent, Cloudera, AWS MSK, etc.)
