Job Description
Main purpose of the job: Assist with the day-to-day planned preventative maintenance and functionality requirements of operating anaerobic digesters.
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical maintenance on anaerobic digestion plants throughout the United Kingdom
- Monitor and diagnose problems using the plant operation system
- Assist in setting up associated systems and conduct repairs/adjustments when necessary
- Maintain feeding, heating, and pumping systems to ensure correct and efficient operation
- Inspect and test alarm and functionality systems
- Follow safe systems of work and procedures
- Keep client sites clean and tidy
- Complete paperwork as required by the Maintenance Manager
- Take samples as required and advised by the Biological Support Team
