Taylor Construction is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee our expanding portfolio of projects across the North Island. Reporting directly to the Director and Operations Manager, you will be the bridge between our Project Managers and our executive leadership.

This is a pivotal office based position. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our uncompromising safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

• Report to the Operations Manager on project progress, budget, and alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct weekly project meetings with PMs to monitor progress against milestones.
