Construction Manager The Construction Manager leads, directs and coordinates the daily management of a large transit project. The role provides strategic input to construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and workforce resourcing, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and training requirements. More importantly, the Construction Manager will manage a successful team and help develop future construction professionals.

This position will be located in Toronto.

What You Will Be Working On

• The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and enforcing project‑specific safety programs; supervising safe work practices; conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings; addressing hazards and unsafe conditions; ensuring proper incident reporting and investigations; and holding all staff, subcontractors, and suppliers accountable for safe performance.
