Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain construction coordination and monitoring processes across all active sites
- Create and oversee project tracking tools, timelines, and reporting structures
- Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
- Review site updates to identify risks, delays, or issues and elevate concerns early
- Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, procurement, and sales teams to align execution
- Monitor compliance with construction standards, documentation, and internal processes
- Consolidate site data into clear management-level summaries and performance reports
- Support continuous improvement of construction systems, controls, and workflows
- Act as a central point of coordination between field execution and management.
