Construction Operations Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day Construction field operations for a premium, growth-focused outdoor living and landscape construction company. This isn't a desk role. This is for someone who solves problems before they escalate, holds teams accountable without overcomplicating the process, and takes pride in work that's done right the first time.

Scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation across crews

On-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery across the project portfolio

Crew accountability, communication, and day-to-day performance

Improving operational workflows without adding unnecessary complexity
