Responsibilities

  • Coordinate subcontractors activities
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Select trade subcontractors
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Prepare reports

Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work site environment: Interior
  • Work setting: Office
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office
  • Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Reading and interpretation: Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
