Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors activities
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Select trade subcontractors
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
- Prepare reports
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work site environment: Interior
- Work setting: Office
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office
- Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Reading and interpretation: Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
