Construction Project Manager

**What to Expect**
Tesla is looking for a highly motivated individual to manage our Infrastructure Development and Industrial projects in Latinamerica. This person must have a construction background, with project management experience. We are seeking someone with strong skills in planning and executing projects that are both new and existing. This role will be directly managing projects with proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners.This position that requires the flexibility of traveling when needed (up to 60%).
**What You'll Do**
- Project oversight from real estate hand off through design, construction execution and final handover
- Creation of project estimates/budgets and scope outline
- Concurrently managing projects through all phases of concept, design, execution, punch list
