Construction Project Manager – Come help build the future—Timmins/Sault Ste Marie/Thunder Bay

Reporting to the Director of Project Execution, the Construction Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects across Ontario.

This role leads projects from start‑up through completion, ensuring strong performance in safety, quality, schedule, and financial outcomes. You will work closely with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and internal partners to deliver projects the right way.

You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and delivering projects that reflect how we operate.

Project Delivery

  • Lead all phases of construction projects, from mobilization to closeout
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope
