A Construction Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the timeline of construction projects. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project schedules, outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
- Resource Allocation: Identify the resources (labor, equipment, materials) needed for each phase of the construction project and allocate them effectively.
- Monitoring Progress: Track the progress of the construction project against the schedule, identifying potential delays and taking corrective actions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
