A Construction Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the timeline of construction projects. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.

Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project schedules, outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
  2. Resource Allocation: Identify the resources (labor, equipment, materials) needed for each phase of the construction project and allocate them effectively.
  3. Monitoring Progress: Track the progress of the construction project against the schedule, identifying potential delays and taking corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
  • Physically fit
  • Good with customer service is an edge
  • Detail-oriented, and good with customers
