Become a crucial player in Jacobs' municipal projects as a Construction Site Inspector in Toronto. This role demands expertise in inspection and contract administration for water and wastewater systems.
In this position, you'll serve as Jacobs' field representative, engaging in medium-to-large municipal construction inspections. With at least 12 years of relevant experience, your skills in understanding construction practices and project schedules will be invaluable. You'll document construction activities, keep logs, and prepare reports while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee inspection on large municipal construction projects
• Keep accurate construction activity records and reports
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and contractors
• Manage shop drawing reviews and RFIs for clarity
• Uphold quality control standards on-site
