Core Responsibilities On-Site Management:
Coordinate daily construction activities, manage worker schedules, and supervise tradespeople. Safety & Compliance:
Enforce building codes and workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA in the US or Workplace Safety and Health guidelines in Singapore). Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work and materials to ensure they meet project specifications. Resource Allocation:
Manage the procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and heavy equipment. Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between project managers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to resolve site issues. Administration:
Maintain site logs, prepare daily progress reports, and track time and costs.
