Job Description

Lead projects as a Construction Site Supervisor, preparing reports and managing team operations. Ensure efficient scheduling and training for successful site execution.

This role requires a high school diploma and 2 to 3 years of experience. You will supervise a small team, coordinate daily activities, and manage materials and supplies. Your leadership will be key to ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare production reports and project documentation • Supervise a team of 3–4 workers on-site • Coordinate and schedule daily activities and tasks • Train team members or facilitate training sessions • Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed

Requirements: • Secondary school graduation certificate required • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage teams effectively • Commitment to supervising day-to-day operations
