Construction Warehouse Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials, tools and equipment
• Organize and store materials properly according to safety and company standards
• Prepare, issue, and dispatch materials for construction sites based on requisitions
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or missing items
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock audits
• Monitor daily attendance of warehouse workers and site personnel as assigned
• Prepare attendance reports and submit them to the project engineer or HR department
• Ensure proper handling of heavy and hazardous construction materials
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries from suppliers
• Follow workplace safety rules and use protective equipment at all times
