Logistics Manager

We are seeking to hire a Logistics Manager who will manage internal and external resources to ensure our products are delivered to customers with quality, without damage, on time, and at minimal cost.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the logistics strategy for foreign trade operations, aligning it with the company’s operational objectives.
• Analyse processes, detect inefficiencies, and propose improvements that reduce costs, time, and internal and external incidents.
• Evaluate and negotiate with logistics operators, carriers, and service providers.
• Analyse and validate sales transport routes, ensuring regulatory compliance and service quality.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Sales and Finance to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff under your responsibility, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
