Key Responsibilities: Analyze and recreate web-hosted content during migration from SharePoint to My Support and Contentful. Understand and document business processes described in the content. Participate in refining business processes as part of the project objectives. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Understand agile methodologies and actively participate in daily team activities. Demonstrate strong authoring and content research skills.
