Typical Background :

3–5 years in HR domain, Knowledge Management, Communications, or Process Excellence with strong editorial skills.


Role Purpose:

Author scalable, policy-grounded HR content that is accurate, inclusive & executable.


Core Responsibilities :

• Design realistic HR journeys across all functions.

• Write policy-aligned prompts/responses with clear prerequisites and actions.

• Maintain reusable content libraries and editorial standards.

• Partner with Experts & Raters to refine tone, compliance, and guardrails.


Must-Have Experience:

• Proven SOP/KB authorship and ability to translate policy into steps.

• Strong grasp of DEI language, PII handling, and regional terminology.

• Effective collaboration with HR teams.
